I offer 1-on-1 sessions (in person & telehealth), life coaching, & organizational services. I am an "out of the box" therapist, problem-solver, & creative thinker. I understand the complexities of living day-to-day life with the barriers/hurdles that accompany a neurological disorder, which can be compounded by additional stressors & trauma. My goal is to combine my lived & professional experiences, in order to show up authentically for my clients.
