Counseling Treasure Valley

I provide Individual therapy for adults with mental health and/or other relationship/emotional/behavioral concerns (i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss). I specialize in supporting clients with complex PTSD, attachment trauma and/or a history of adverse childhood experiences. Every client and family is unique. I tailor my approach to the needs of each client. You are the expert on you! I focus on evidence-based approaches and am committed to implementing the highest level of care based on continued education in best practices. I often work through an Internal Family Systems perspective with a focus on helping you find your unique and inspired path to healing and transformation. I am Level 1 certified through the IFS institute Coming to therapy is a sign of what is right with you not what is “wrong” with you, the seeds of change are already within you.
