For over 35 years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals who are committed to their healing journey and willing to do the hard work necessary for lasting recovery. My passion lies in supporting Christian trauma survivors as they uncover and address the deep-rooted pain that keeps them stuck in unhealthy patterns and relationships. Many individuals affected by trauma find themselves repeating painful cycles, often without understanding why—until they reach a point of despair or resignation. My goal is to offer a path toward clarity, healing, and lasting change. I specialize in trauma treatment using EMDR and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and Structural Dissociation Theory to support deep, lasting healing for trauma survivors. In addition to individual therapy, I offer immersive healing experiences through half-day, full-day, and multi-day retreats for those seeking a focused, short-term approach I know how important it is to have experienced support as you move through the complex journey of healing childhood trauma, traumatic grief, and loss.
