Having someone to talk to and share our problems with, developing an understanding of self, coping skills, and self-care practices in a safe and judgement-free environment can be beneficial in working through current struggles and managing day-to-day life. The therapeutic relationship is one of the greatest factors in treatment. I take a collaborative approach, working with my clients to help identify strengths and find greater meaning and purpose in life. I utilize interventions and tools from multiple areas of practice based on the needs of each individual.
