I also have experience with mood issues that interfere with finding peace in life. Finally I also help with body image and food issues that overwhelm and frustrate many clients. I also specialize in helping young adults move through decisions such as career choices, leaving home, identity issues, self esteem, body image issues and food issues. My goal is to offer the tools each client needs to find contentment and peace- and to help them discover the right path for themselves. I have been trained in many different counseling techniques and theories and use what is most helpful for each client.
