I work with adults and older adults (65+) who struggle with a wide range of mental illness issues. Together, we will identify areas of growth and change that you would like to make. I help you identify beliefs about yourself which can cause anxiety and depression. We will work together to resolve your limiting beliefs and replace them with realistic/truthful statements about yourself. I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. In that time, I've worked with various issues that many people face every day. My work experience includes being a Designated Examiner for the state of Idaho (I can diagnose mental illness), and a mental hospital where I did admissions and out-reach. I have done counseling all along the way. I am a empathic and dedicated counselor, who is flexible in their approach to all clients. I provide a safe space for clients to open up and find thier own path of personal growth.
