I offer brief, solution-focused therapy that is specific, and has attainable goals designed with the "end in mind". I help individuals, couples and families work through life transitions that cause stress and tension in your relationships. I have experience working with a variety of issues and people which include: parenting, single parenting, communication difficulties, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, depression as well as individuals who might have difficulty setting and reaching long term goals. I provide sessions to help you explore underlying issues of your anger through a ten week anger management protocol which is recognized by the courts and is provided in a non-judgmental setting.
