Audrey Duross

I provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups. I have treated a broad range of diagnoses and ages. My diverse experience allows me to work successfully with a large array of clients. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by life, family, a specific event, or have struggled to feel your best for a long time, we can work together to increase control, confidence, and peace. Currently I see clients virtually and will open up in person appointments in Jackson, WY only as needed. Therapy is a place to be heard and to heal. It is time to explore, heal and learn, free of judgment or assumptions. I work to create a very open and safe environment where individuals, couples, and families can be real and take genuine steps towards improvement and success. My experience has been with individuals, couples, and families who are going through a divorce, are struggling in school to make or keep friends, are experiencing suicidal ideation, have survived trauma, lost a loved one, are struggling with addiction, as well as those who want to improve their relationships and connections.
