I believe that we all are doing the best we can with the tools we have at the time. Through self-compassion, reduced negative thinking, and increased awareness of our own needs/feelings, positive growth can occur for you or your child. This also supports an improved relationship with ourselves which results in happier relationships with others. When you enter my counseling space it is my goal for you or your child to feel accepted, safe, and heard. As a parent myself, I am also passionate about helping you connect with your child in a more positive way. I specialize in providing individual therapy to children and teens. I have extensive experience in supporting children and teens (as well as their parents/guardians) who are experiencing life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I also provide individual therapy to adults seeking support for anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. Please reach out if you are interested in my support.
