I believe so many of us are not experiencing relationships where we feel heard and supported, whether that is our family, our spouses or our friends. Many times anxiety, depression and other pervasive mental health concerns has lead us to engage in coping skills that are just not working for us. I am here to tell you that life can be different. View 3 Photos The approaches I use in treatment are a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and EMDR. I enjoy working with adults, children, families, parents and couples. My focus has been in working with couples/clients struggling with self-esteem, trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, co-dependency. Your wellbeing is of utmost concern for me when you enter my office, my focus will be completely on you and working with you to help you find the joy you desire. I truly believe every person has the capability to live the life they desire. I look forward to working with you. This profession is not just a job for me it is my calling in life!
