Your life is a story of experiences that shape your thoughts, feelings, behaviors and relationships. My passion is to walk along side of you and share in your story to tap into your own internal, self healing capabilities to create the change you are looking for. I build on your strengths and add additional resources to build a solid foundation to support and guide your work. I can help adults who experienced trauma or loss, feeling stuck, anxiety, depression, anger or have relationship struggles. I use specific techniques (i.e. Brainspotting and Comprehensive Resource Model) that integrate the mind and the body to alleviate symptoms and create change at a deeper, neurobiological level than traditional talk therapy. These techniques get to the root of the issue to produce lasting results. It will be a privilege to work with you and be a witness to your story. It’s a courageous first step to consider counseling.
