About Sarah

My clients are curious. They are passionate. And they often struggle with perfectionism and self-compassion. As a result, they often feel disconnected from themselves, others, and the world. Through person-centered modalities, I assist clients on their journey of changing old beliefs and unsticking themselves from habits, routines, and practices that block authentic flourishing. I approach therapy as a practice of inviting and welcoming all parts of oneself. Healing is more than addressing current challenges and past traumas; it’s also about self-exploration, joy, growth, and play. As a secular therapist, I respect all beliefs and faiths without using religious or spiritual frameworks in therapy. I am accepting new clients from anywhere in Kansas.
