I like to use Adlerian and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to support you in identifying and working through those irrational thoughts that often keep us stagnant. The goal is for us to identify the underlying cause, and stop if from continuing to wreak havoc in your emotional life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in DC , VA, and OK, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in MD. I have wide array of experience, which is not limited to depression/ anxiety, geriatrics/ end of life care, aging out of foster care, substance use disorders, severe mental illness, grief/ loss, trauma, and adjustment related issues. My interests include social justice, spirituality, and multicultural counseling.
