Aloha - My name is Rosie and I’m currently taking new clients who are available for in person sessions at my office in Makawao on Maui. Through my work as a therapist over the last eight years, I’ve witnessed how disconnection is at the heart of whatever brings you into my office –disconnection from yourself, your body, others, and the natural world. What I know is this: you have a brilliant inner wisdom that can guide you to health and wellbeing. I would love to help you come back home to yourself. I aim to help you address the root cause of whatever brings you in, not just treat your symptoms. I'm trained in EMDR and psychedelic integration, and believe that the greatest healing occurs when we get out of our minds and into our hearts and bodies. I offer tools to help you engage with therapy between sessions so our work can be most effective for you. The building block of therapy is the relationship. It's important to feel safe and seen in order to take on this work. I offer free 15 minute consultations and would love to hear from you.
