Hi, I’m Rosalie. I help couples and parents who are stressed out and need support. I believe you’re doing the best you can. Maybe you are ready to work on marital problems that have slowly built up over the years. Maybe you're not sure if you and your spouse/partner can recover the love and connection that you once counted on. Perhaps you would like to feel more confident as a parent or co-parent. Maybe you just need to figure out where to start. I can help you no matter where you are in your couple/family journey. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I am trained to treat individuals within the context of relationships. I approach therapy from an emotion focused, experiential framework. The goal of therapy is to foster safe connection, healthy boundaries, and strong bonds between family members, and to build your own identity within that system. In my personal life, I enjoy gardening, entertaining friends and family, baking sourdough bread, hiking, listening to therapy podcasts, and raising healthy, happy houseplants. I have been lucky to serve couples and families at every life stage throughout my career, and I love my work. It would be an honor to share it with you.
