My approach is trauma informed, client centered, and integrates cognitive, behavioral, somatic, relational, psychoeducational, and mindful interventions. I am trained in many modalities including the Gottman Method, EMDR, ACT, CBT, CPT, & more, allowing me to tailor your experience to meet your unique needs.
