Dr. Anderson is a skilled clinician who specializes in working with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges. Her areas of expertise include mood disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, complicated bereavement, life adjustments, divorce, parenting issues, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Dr. Anderson is passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. Dr. Rebecca Anderson is a licensed psychologist who earned her Ph.D. from Illinois State University in 2002. She offers counseling services to both adolescents and adults, utilizing a client-centered approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques to foster positive change and personal growth.
