Raina Clasen

I am passionate about working with couples, families, adolescents and individuals as they navigate all the various stages of their lives. Before studying to become a therapist, I worked as a high school math teacher for several years. Through that work, I discovered my love of walking alongside adolescents and their families as they learn and grow. To quote one of my favorite poets, Mary Oliver, “We do one thing or another; we stay the same, or we change. Congratulations, if you have changed.” We are constantly evolving, growing, adapting, and responding. I bring a lens to the therapy room that is rooted in systems-level thinking and narrative theory. I’m interested in hearing your story: exploring the different relationships and contexts that have shaped and continue to shape you. I’m intentional about creating a therapeutic space where you feel comfortable to share, be vulnerable, question, and discover.
