I enjoy working with clients who are dealing with struggles related to anxiety, self-esteem and traumatic experiences. I also enjoy working with those who have ADHD or are LGBTQIA+ and need support or a safe space to be themselves. I am sex positive and strive to create an open and nonjudgemental therapeutic environment so that you can bring your truest self to our work. I have worked for the last 8 years supporting a wide variety of clients in crisis support and identifying and building on their existing strengths. In my current practice I like to utilize Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems(IFS)and Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT) all through a strengths-based lens.
