I specialize in treating mental health conditions such as PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism and OCD. The main type of therapy I use is CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and Trauma Focused CBT. I also incorporate mindfulness and EMDR techniques. When treating neurological conditions like ADHD and Autism I use CBT and behavioral therapy.
