In the 20+ years supporting adults, youths, and families, I effectively help clients tap into their own values and skills to increase positive thoughts & behaviors, achieving their desired goals (more happiness, less stress, etc.). I serve the entire lifespan with issues related to anxiety, depression and life changes with clients living Vermont, Florida & Thailand in English. I support many youth transitioning into adulthood, those facing trauma, and neurological issues such as PTSD, ADHD & ASD. Not only do I work youth individually, but also can individually support parents. I only accept insurance for clients in Vermont. I do this directly, but also metaphorically or symbolically within an interactive / play modal. I work well with most youth, high functioning ASD and developmentally delayed clients. I am blessed with the trust given by those I work with every day. The relationship & trust we form is central to the therapeutic and healing process.
