I am a LGBTQ trans/non-binary counselor with Grow Well Cleveland, I provide counseling for a wide array of concerns including; neurodivergence, dysphoria, trauma, anxiety, depressive, bipolar, relationship, sexuality and intimacy concerns. I prioritize LGBTQI+, GNC and gender expansive clients, I counsel children and adolescents, (ages 8-18), adults, and couples including polyamory and ethical non-monogamy. I utilize trauma-informed care, feminist, dialectical behavioral therapies (DBT), and creative arts interventions. I cofacilitate a DBT psychoeducational group that is open to all adults, which will start August 21st, 2025. I provide a person-centered approach to therapy for processing personal meaning and increasing self-awareness. I prioritize sharing skills and teach how to apply them towards reaching personal goals. When it comes to counseling, I understand that there are many external forces in our world, society, and community that can contribute to the internal challenges we face. I exercise feminist, (including LGBTQ) and multicultural competencies to support and validate individuals as they move towards achieving their goals.
