I specialize in the treatment of individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of dynamics including anxiety, depression, substance use, parent/child dynamics, and marital issues. My role as a therapist is to help my clients pinpoint the underlying root issues that are impacting their lives in a negative way. From there, clients can build understanding and find resolve. They can create more productive alternatives, restore their sense of self, and improve troubled relationships. I utilize a circular and systemic approach when working with clients. My style is grounded, interactive, and emotionally focused. I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and provide a safe environment where your voice will be heard.
