I walk alongside individuals carrying trauma, grief, anxiety, and the weight of life’s challenges, as well as couples caught in conflict who still long for genuine connection. I show up as a real person—honest, warm, and steady—offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where hope can take root even when things feel heavy or all hope is lost. My approach is shaped by both life experience and clinical training, grounded in faith and grit.
