I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, anxiety management, trauma-informed care, substance abuse, and have worked with various populations. Ages ranging from six years of age to fifty years of age. I work to meet the client's needs with empathy, trust, and compassion. Finding the motivation and drive to live in happiness.
