As a Licensed Graduate Social Worker in West Virginia, and a current law enforcement officer with over a decade of experience as a first responder, I bring a unique perspective on the demands of high stress professions. I am no stranger to long hours, difficult scenes, tough decisions, and the challenges associated with disengaging from work. I have a Master of Social Work degree from Concord University and experience supporting veterans and individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and other challenges. I am dedicated to working with first responders, and individuals in demanding roles who face various occupational stressors. I utilize a strengths-based approach and help you build on the skills and experience you already bring, while implementing strategies to manage stress, process trauma, and address unhelpful patterns of thinking.
