I utilize mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate awareness of unhelpful thought patterns that keep you emotionally stuck and to facilitate both change and acceptance. I have experience with teens & adults and bring over a decade of experience in working with persons with mental health & substance abuse issues. I can work intensely with clients who feel stuck and need a compassionate guiding hand to move into a state of self discovery and growth.
