Starting therapy can be both exciting and nerve-wracking, and I aim to support you every step of the way. My focus is on fostering a safe and comfortable environment where you can freely express yourself, explore challenging issues, continue building resilience, and rediscover joy. As a clinical social work intern, I am working towards full licensure as a therapist. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, substance use, and suicidality. I utilize techniques from DBT and have foundational training in EMDR, Theraplay, and CAMS. Therapy can equip you with the skills to face any challenge with confidence, and help you live a life that aligns with your values and it would be a privilege to join you on your journey.
