Note: Seeking clients open to therapy with a seasoned therapist who will be under my supervision. Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist working with kids, teens & adults. My private practice is Dynama Psychology where together we will find power in mental health. I specialize in anxiety, coping, parenting, and health psychology. My clients are adults needing support while navigating a major life transition; teenagers wanting to learn how to better cope with stress; children learning how to rise above anxiety; parents hoping to be more effective while raising a family; and possibly you on your pursuit for healthy change. My approach is warm, straightforward, and joyful. Each session offers a chance for self-understanding, skill building, connection, and hope. Sessions provide a safe harbor where we deeply explore various areas of your life. We define therapy goals collaboratively, and I tailor evidence-based therapy to your symptoms, life circumstances, and strengths. We start by having a free 15-minute phone call to assess client/therapist fit. If your needs and my expertise are well matched, we schedule our first session to conduct an intake interview.
