About Kristen

Life doesn’t come with a map, and sometimes the path forward feels unclear or overwhelming. At Delta Counseling Services, I focus on helping you navigate life’s challenges with authenticity, warmth, and a touch of humor—because even in the toughest moments, we all need to feel human. I have worked with many individuals including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship/parenting issues, and trauma as well as teens having difficulty with body image and self-esteem issues, overwhelming transitions, and social problems. I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Therapy with me is a space where you can exhale, reflect, and rediscover your strength. I use a blend of evidence-based practices and creative problem-solving to help you not only cope but thrive. And yes—sometimes we’ll laugh. Because laughter is healing, and growth doesn’t always have to be heavy.
