Now accepting BCBS! I help clients ages 18+ heal from distressing experiences and through tough life transitions while building self compassion. Many of my clients have faced challenges such as complex trauma, divorce, sexual assault, relationship issues, childhood trauma, moving to new states, and other distressing experiences. My approach is empathetic and person-centered therapy, meeting my clients where they are at on their journey and guiding them to resilience. I am passionate about integrating attachment theory, somatic therapy, EMDR, parts work, inner child work, Polyvagal theory and adaptive coping skills. My approach empowers you to confront and transform the negative beliefs that arise from these experiences. By rewiring your brain in this way, we create space for adopting new, more positive core beliefs and build self-compassion. Trauma can alter the brain, but so can healing.
