There are many parts that make us who we are, and I strive to honor this diversity and intersectionality in the therapy room. I work hard to understand the systems of oppression that impact you. Now offering short term appointments (1-3 sessions) for accessing gender affirming letters for insurance approval of medical interventions. I am trauma-informed and influenced by evidence-based therapies such as DBT. I enjoy connecting with clients from all walks of life and feel particularly drawn to working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Sex work, poly, and kink affirming. I have additional specialized training in work with transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals and families. Whatever you bring to the table, I begin each therapy journey by developing an understanding and warm relationship where I encourage imperfection to show up so that you can be deeply seen and known.
