I specialize in adults from all walks of life and challenges that any stage may present, such as anxiety, depression, dual diagnoses, life transitions, parenting, relational challenges, somatic, spirituality, trauma-focused, women's issues, and more. My therapeutic perspectives commit to dispel the one-size-fits-all treatment approach and meet you wherever you may be. An eclectic approach in your treatment plan may include artistic expression, attachment-based, coping strategies, emotionally-focused, EMDR, mindfulness, relational, parts work, somatic, strengths-based, trauma-focused, and more.
