About Karla

Counseling is a deeply personal journey. I work to empower and guide clients toward their own unique solutions that can bring order and managability to life and to relationships. Individuals will be challenged to discover their own unique areas of strength upon which to build skill in overcoming problems and issues that contribute to feeling "stuck." Couples will be challenged to identify individual and collective patterns that interfere with relational closeness, safety, and intimacy. Older children and teenagers will be encouraged to learn valuable skills to help them cope with life's struggles in an environment of safety and trust.
