I help my clients understand the logic behind their emotions. Once they understand how their mind (logic) and heart (emotions) work, they are better able to use their new tools to reduce or stop depression, worries, pain, and relationship problems. Marriages improve and children behave better once these principles are put into place. They learn how to meet their needs in a healthier way and break the abusive cycles of behavior. I work with couples, families and individuals of all ages with a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, parenting and relationship issues. I am also a Certified AEDP Therapist (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) working with adults suffering the effects of childhood attachment trauma and abuse and also a Certified Clinical Trauma therapist. My approach is tailored to meet each clients needs. My office is conveniently located in Boise, Idaho.
