My goal is to help you leverage your strengths to meet the challenges of life with more confidence, grace, and ease. My focus is on creating a judgment-free space where you feel safe and free to be yourself. I draw from a variety of treatment modalities to create a unique treatment plan that is aligned with your goals and needs. It is often easier to continue living in situations that don't fulfill us than take the first terrifying steps towards change.
