I help clients develop coping skills, improve self-awareness, and navigate challenges, fostering resilience and emotional well-being. I provide a safe space for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, guiding them toward healing and personal growth. I use therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. As a therapist, I see myself as a collaborator, meeting clients where they are and fostering open communication to support their autonomy and growth.
