We each have a story to tell. Our stories shape our perceptions of the past and our feelings for the future. It is empowering when we can tell our stories. My approach is to recognize your strengths, honor your innate wisdom, and provide a place for you to tell your story in an atmosphere of warmth, understanding, and acceptance. Through this process you will find opportunities to gain insight and resolve difficulties, and may discover a renewed sense of purpose and meaning in your life. Therapy is a creative and collaborative process and one that I hope you will enjoy. I welcome families, women, children, and adolescents to my practice. I assist individuals with a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My approach is tailored to each person; with young children, stories are typically explored through play. My office is conveniently located in Boise, Idaho. Our receptionists are happy to take your call, answer questions, and schedule an appointment for you.
