I have more than 15 years' experience working in educational and mental health settings, including working with children and adults with disabilities. I am eclectic in my approach, customizing treatment to meet individual needs. Cognitive behavior therapy; brief solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches are modalities I use in my practice. To meet the technical needs of clients, I use a combination of electronic platforms, including telehealth sessions.
