I work with a variety of clients from different genders, sexual orientations, races, religions, and cultures. Currently, I can not say I have an ideal client as each client is unique and has their own needs and areas of growth they would like to focus on. My strengths include my love for working with people and meeting clients where they are at on their journey to heal and grow. My work is characterized by intuition, compassion, optimism, and collaboration. I try to be straightforward, honest, supportive and I encourage with kindness. My specialty areas include working with teens, women, and families who have been through trauma and or have anxiety, life transitions, grief / losses, and depression. Choosing the right therapist is an important decision and a good fit is necessary to make effective progress. I am mindful and am good at listening with gentle guidence to growth and insight. I tend to be positive and hopeful as well as mindful as well as solution-focused. I am highly motivated to assist with what you came to therapy for.
