As a counselor, I have a particular interest in working with clients who have OCD, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. I enjoy working with clients to retrain their nervous system to find much sought after relief. As I am a fully certified Brainspotting therapist, many of my clients find healing through utilizing this approach which is a therapeutic method that taps into and releases emotional blockages within the brain and body. I believe long-lasting change can happen for clients when we explore and treat the root of the issue. My clients are predominantly female ages 16 or older. I employ an integrative approach that combines CBT/ERP, Brainspotting, and IFS techniques to provide comprehensive and individualized support. This approach allows me to treat a broad range of problems that clients may be facing, ensuring that their unique needs are addressed. At the core of my counseling philosophy lies a balance between empathy and challenge. With deep compassion, I believe that every feeling is valid, though I also understand that not all emotions lead to a fulfilling life without thoughtful exploration and intention, and I would be honored to walk that journey alongside you.
