Therapy is a choice you make to support your personal growth, strengthen your mental health and define and work towards life goals. Every person has seasons of life where they struggle and this is an ideal time to work with a therapist. My clients are often feeling depressed or anxious when they start therapy and together we work to find a path that allows them to overcome challenges by developing skills and deepening understanding of who they are, how they came to be the person they are and who they want to become as they reach towards a happier version of themselves. Ultimately, the client's needs determine the focus of treatment and we will work together to set goals, discuss the methods we will use and how we will measure success.
