Debra Dorfman Botens

A friend and colleague once wrote "I have known Debra since she took a position in 1994 as a Clinical Psychologist in our regional hospital. Physicians, nurses, and I were soon taken by her warmth, compassion, and ability to help others, even those with the most difficult of problems. She demonstrated an affinity for children, adolescents, and families, having an instinctual playful approach with children, easy connection with adolescents, and sensitivity toward families." Since that time, I - Debra - have attempted to join others along their path and walk with them toward a better future. View 8 Photos My path has included working on psychiatric and medical units in hospitals in upstate NY and at Massachusetts Mental Health Center/Harvard Medical School; Community and School-Based Health Centers affiliated with Rochester General Hospital; and most recently in CT as the Clinical Program Manager of St. Vincent's Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program. Now, I'd like to start on a new venture with you to address what you are facing in a supportive, life-changing manner. I work with Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families. Together we can promote growth and healing within yourself and your relationships, and shed light on a transformational path.
