The importance of connection: when we connect with another person we feel wanted, needed and loved. If we are unable to connect we may feel sad,or lost. I try to connect with each person to begin the process of healing,growth,and self empowerment. I see each each person(s) as unique and in need of a level of interaction that they are missing in their lives. I believe in working with couples I can be most effective in assisting to open up the communication to find the emotional reconnect. I teach core tools for effective communication. My work with individuals includes anxiety/depression, loss,grief/work, separation/divorce, individuation& self-identity, women's issues,and socialization conflicts for men. My couples work includes focus on non-defensive communication, struggles with intimacy, and emotional connection. Having trained as well as a Mediator and a Collaborative Divorce Coach, I bring to my work a unique skill set to guide you in your process using different perspectives, communication tools, and in setting appropriate proactive goals. Helping you become a complete and centered person is most important to me.
