Claire Helen Lasley

I am currently an intern with the NNU Masters in Clinical Mental Health program! Darla Trent is my current supervisor in hopes of gaining immense knowledge in IFS counseling. As a compassionate counselor, I guide individuals of all ages through transformative journeys using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices. I also incorporate child-centered play therapy, art therapy, and sandtray therapy to create a safe space for self-expression and healing. My goal is to help clients cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience for a wholehearted Self-led life.
