About Catalina

My practice has evolved over the years to include adults and children dealing with a variety of interpersonal struggles. I try to tailor my approach to the needs of my clients, but find that helping people to identify the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to their issues (i.e., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is often the most helpful tool. Assessment is also a key component of my practice, whether it is simply a personality assessment to guide treatment or a comprehensive psychological or forensic evaluation to assist in educational planning, divorce, or other matters.
