Life can be overwhelming. We face transitions that are difficult and uncertain. We can feel we do not matter and are not needed at times. We yearn for someone to hear us and see us. The moments in your life that seem hard to cope with can become more manageable with the help of a team. Counselors are there to help when life seems like a heavy burden. They can walk alongside you as you experience transitions and face challenges. Serving in my community as a work colleague, school volunteer, and civic organizer for over twenty-five years, I am prepared to help others through the experiences I have faced.
