I personally understand the overwhelming pain and debilitating shame that often accompanies disordered eating, anxiety, depression and disrupted relationships. I also know that recovery is within reach, and I am here to help you get there. My hope is that every individual I am able to support feels connected, validated and has developed coping skills to manage the distress they are experiencing. My true passion was fulfilled when I opened my private practice 12 years ago. I love working with teens and adults who struggle with disordered eating. I have a unique ability to connect, support, and encourage individuals and families as they navigate the often, overwhelming path to wellness. Seeking help is an overwhelming task. My passion for working with individuals who struggle with disordered eating and anxiety began after my own battle with anorexia. I know the anxiety, shame and conflict that is experienced daily. Recovery from mental illness is possible, through the recovery process we learn to love who we are and balance our lives.
