Hello, my name is Kimberly McCutcheon. I am a mental health therapist & the owner of Better Life Therapy, LLC. I genuinely want to help those that are mentally & emotionally hurting, frustrated, struggling with life, fears, substance abuse/addiction, gambling, depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD/Trauma, or in relationships. Many need someone to talk to that will hear what they say non-judgmentally. Others may feel stuck in a repetitive cycle that they want to break free from but are not able to do it alone. Change is hard & sometimes we do not know where to start, lack the skills, knowledge, understanding, ability, or support to do so. My therapy approach is individualized, eclectic, and specific to your needs. Everything I offer is always trauma informed. I have helped clients for many years and have a lot of experience to share.
