I specialize in helping pre-teen (12) to adults with tough situations such as depression, anxiety, overwhelming stress, relationship concerns, and school/ work issues. Through the counseling process, clients can become aware of what is occurring in their lives and understand the underlying feelings that they are experiencing. I always want my clients to have input in their counseling process. This input creates an open and safe environment where clients can be most successful. My counseling philosophy is closely aligned with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person- Centered approaches. I work to provide my clients with an individualized experience to meet them where they feel most comfortable. I work with clients to help them stop beating themselves up with their thoughts and help them to live the life they deserve. In today’s world there are so many levels to the challenges we face. Feeling stuck and alone with mental health struggles can be so isolating. During these times finding support is crucial. I would be honored to work with you.
